When the world's most recognized hotel brand needed to understand how consumers were using their web site, they turned to Surveylink for a solution. This web based survey was delivered to a random sample of HolidayInn.com visitors. Holiday Inn took advantage of Surveylink technology to have users opt-in to the survey at the beginning of their visit, yet still allow them to use the site for their original purpose. After the user left HolidayInn.com, a reminder to take the survey was displayed.
