When the world's largest hotel company (InterContinental Hotels Group, owner of InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites brands) needed to collect rate information for the world's most popular tourbook (AAA Tourbook) they turned to Surveylink Solicitations. Our solicitation system notified all the hotels of the opportunity and collected rate and contact information from each participating hotel. The system sent reminder communications to all hotels until they responded to the solicitation and generated custom data exports to integrate directly with AAA systems.
